Twist Foods is a chef-founded food company on a mission to bring bold, authentic Indian flavors into everyday kitchens—without the prep, complexity, or compromise. We create premium, ready-to-use curry simmer sauces designed for both foodservice and retail, combining real ingredients, a traditional slow-cooked process, and cultural authenticity in every jar.
Founded by Anisha and Ritesh Patel, a wife-and-husband team with deep roots in the restaurant world, Twist Foods was born out of a real need. Our recipes are tested and refined over several years—gathering feedback from customers and farmers market shoppers—until Twist Foods officially launched in 2024.
At the heart of our brand is a commitment to authenticity and simplicity. Each sauce is crafted in small batches using real ingredients you’d find in a home kitchen: onions, garlic, tomatoes, whole spices, coconut and avocado oil, and fresh cream. We use no artificial preservatives, thickeners, or flavor enhancers. Instead, we slow cook every batch to build flavor the way it’s meant to be—layer by layer.
Our line includes four versatile sauces:
• Tikka Masala – A flavorful, tomato-based sauce with balanced spice and a creamy finish
• Butter Masala – Rich, velvety, and slightly sweet with tomatoes, cream, and warm spices
• Korma – Mild, nutty, and creamy with coconut oil, cashews, and hints of cardamom
• Vindaloo – Bold, spicy, and tangy with vinegar, chilies, and warming whole spices
Each sauce is designed for versatility. They can be used as a simmer sauce, finishing sauce, or bold dip. Perfect for bowls, wraps, entrees, catering trays, or even grab-and-go offerings.
